Integration Setup Guides
Each guide walks through what to create in the provider's console, which credentials the add-integration form asks for, the scopes to grant, and what the connection flow looks like.
1Password
ZombieLicenseHunter connects to 1Password to surface inactive or zombie accounts by syncing user identity and activity data. Two integration methods are available depending on your deployment.
Adobe Creative Cloud
Adobe Creative Cloud is a suite of design, photography, video, and web development applications. ZombieLicenseHunter connects via Server-to-Server OAuth to sync user accounts, product entitlements, and activity data — enabling detection of inactive or over-provisioned Creative Cloud licenses.
Box
Box is a cloud content management and file sharing platform. This integration syncs managed users from your Box enterprise account into ZombieLicenseHunter for license tracking and access review. It connects through OAuth 2.0 using a Custom App that you create in your own Box Developer Console.
Cisco Webex Integration Setup
ZLH reads the signed-in administrator's profile after consent; their email domain must match the domain of your ZLH login.
Confluence Integration Setup
Atlassian may warn on the consent screen that the app has not been reviewed. That is expected for a private integration.
DocuSign Integration Setup
After consent, ZLH reads your DocuSign user profile, selects your default account and its API base URI, and syncs that account only. The email on the DocuSign user must be on the same domain as your ZLH login.
Dropbox
Connects to Dropbox Business via the Dropbox Team API to sync team members, license usage, and audit activity. Use this integration to detect zombie accounts (inactive users consuming paid seats) across your Dropbox Business plan.
GitHub
The GitHub integration syncs organization membership data into ZombieLicenseHunter. It connects as a GitHub App that you create and install on your organization: short-lived installation tokens are minted from a JWT signed with the app's private key, so no browser redirect and no personal token are involved.
Google Workspace
Connects ZombieLicenseHunter to Google Workspace to sync directory users and license data via the Admin SDK Directory API, using either an OAuth client that you create in your own Google Cloud project or a service account with domain-wide delegation.
HubSpot
HubSpot is a CRM and marketing platform. ZombieLicenseHunter connects to HubSpot via OAuth 2.0 to sync portal user accounts — the people who have access to your HubSpot portal — so you can identify inactive or zombie licenses.
Microsoft 365
This integration connects ZombieLicenseHunter to Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) and Microsoft 365. It syncs user accounts, license assignments, and sign-in activity so you can identify inactive users and reclaim unused licenses.
Salesforce
Connects ZombieLicenseHunter to Salesforce to sync user accounts and license assignment data. Two authentication methods are available: JWT Bearer Flow (the form's default), which authenticates server-to-server with a certificate and needs no browser consent once set up, and OAuth 2.0, which sends a Salesforce admin through the browser consent screen and works reliably across all org types including Developer Edition and Agentforce orgs.
ServiceNow Integration Setup
The connection and every sync run as the ServiceNow user who approved the prompt.
Slack
ZombieLicenseHunter connects to a Slack workspace through OAuth 2.0, using a Slack app that you create, to sync workspace members and their license types (owner, admin, full member, guest). The connection is authorized once in the browser by a workspace admin.
Zendesk
ZombieLicenseHunter connects to Zendesk through OAuth 2.0, using an OAuth client that you create in your own Zendesk account, to sync your agents and admins — the people who hold Zendesk seats — so you can identify inactive licenses.
Zoom
Zoom is a video conferencing and collaboration platform. ZombieLicenseHunter connects via Server-to-Server OAuth to sync user accounts, license types, feature add-ons and last-login times — enabling detection of inactive or over-provisioned Zoom licenses.
